IRB Infra board declares second interim dividend of Re 1

IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2012, inter alia, has approved the declaration of Second Interim Dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year 2012-13.Second Interim Dividend will be paid / dispatched to the equity shareholders of the Company on or before November 19, 2012.Source : BSE
