Sell, transfer and/or otherwise dispose 0f the Lift Division of the Company;2. Rescission of Resolution no. 6 passed by the Members of the Company at their 46th Annual General Meeting held on March 24, 2012 for increase of Authorised Capital; and 3. Rescission of Resolution no. 7 passed by the Members of the Company at their 46th Annual General Meeting held on March 24, 2012 for alteration of Articles of Association.Source : BSE
