Did you know that online shopping is preferred over in-person shopping.

According to a survey conducted by IPSOS, a market research company, no question that online shopping has caught on in India. With only 29% of people in India preferring the touchy, feely often shared experience of shopping in person (despite lines, weather, crowds, parking problems), the fact that 71% prefer shopping online lends testimony to how easy it is or how busy people are!

For those opting for online shopping, 29% prefer shopping on their mobile/smart phone, 27% on their computer and 15% on their tablet. Marketers: regardless of where people shop, make the experience as easy, enjoyable and seamless as possible.
