KDDL: Updates on scheme of amalgamation

KDDL Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla has approved the scheme of amalgamation of Himachal Fine Blank Ltd with KDDL Ltd on December 27, 2012. The appointed date was fixed on April 01, 2011.The necessary Form No. 21 was filed with the Registrar of Companies, Himachal Pradesh (ROC) at Chandigarh on January 08, 2013, which was approved by the ROC on January 11, 2013. Hence, the effective date for the Scheme of amalgamation is January 11, 2013.Source : BSE
