PVR Ltd has informed BSE that Credit rating agency CRISIL has reaffirmed the ratings on the non-convertible debenture programme and term loans of PVR Ltd at 'CRISIL A+/Stable.Further, ICRA has also removed the Rs. 40 crore '[ICRA]A1+ rating' for the commercial paper programme of PVR Limited from 'watch with developing implications'.The aforesaid removal of rating watch follows the successful completion of PVR's acquisition of 69.27% stake from the promoters of Cinemax India Limited (CIL) and subsequent 23% through an open offer taking its total holding in CIL to 93%."Source : BSE
