R Systems International has informed that on conclusion of the final due diligence and after obtaining the applicable corporate and other regulatory approvals, the acquisition of ERP business of Nikko Computer Systems (S) PTE Ltd. (NCS) by ECnet Limited, Singapore has been completed on March 13, 2013.
