Artheon Finance Ltd has informed BSE that with continuation to the earlier communications regarding outcome of Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on February 28, 2013, the Company further inform as under:The Name of the Company was approved from "Artheon Finance Limited" to "VJTF Eduservices Limited" as per the Scheme of Amalgamation and as per the Order passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay subject to compliance of law and approval of name by the office of the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai.In turn, the Company has made an application to the office of the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai for change of name and the Registrar of Companies has approved the application and granted a new certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name to "VJTF Eduservices Limited" on March 30, 2013.Source : BSE
