With reference to the Increase in Price, Pondy Oxides & Chemicals Ltd has clarified to BSE that the Company is following the Listing Agreement Norms strictly including Clause 36 and are informing the exchange periodically on the price sensitive information and the information concerning the Company as may be reasonably required including Disclosure under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992 in Form D about promoters purchase of shares. There is no specific information pending from the Company till date.Company's turnover and profitability is moving in the normal way and disclosed results upto December 2012 and results for the quarter ending March 2013 will be disclosed before the due date. Though, some promoters acquired the shares they have not sold any shares till date and increase in the share price is not out of any sensitive information pending from the Company.Source : BSE
