LTS Investment Fund on Friday bought more than 0.5 percent stake or worth Rs 1.6 crore in textile company Pearl Global Industries .
The fund purchased 1,17,880 equity shares at Rs 138 apiece while Aries Travels Private Limited sold same quantity of shares at same price.
Meanwhile, promoters hold 66.58 percent stake in the company as of June 2013.
The stock closed at Rs 138.75, up 0.47 percent from previous close after hitting more than five-year high of Rs 146. It surged 17 percent in past one month and 53 percent in one year.
The trading volume increased 3.8 times to 1,25,208 equity shares as compared to its five-day average of 32,919 shares.
