Gandhi Special Tubes has informed that in order to broadbase the composition of Audit Committee, Shri. Kawas Nariman Warden who is already an Independent Director of the Company, is appointed as Additional Member of the Audit Committee of the Company w.e.f. October 22, 2013 vide Circular Resolution passed on dtd. October 22, 2013.
