Board reviewed & expressed satisfaction on the arrangements made to replenish the stocks in US so as to service the regular customers. Mr. Sanjiv Kakkar informed the steps taken to claim the loss from the Warehousing & Insurance Company.2. Board reviewed the performance of both units.
