Approval of Directors Report on for the year ended March 31, 2013.2. Fixation of Date of Annual General Meeting for the year ended March 31, 2013.3. To finalise the Book Closure dates.4. Approval of Draft notice for Annual General Meeting.5. To discuss on the development of plans for restructuring/ scheme of arrangement / acquisition of business of other entities.6.
