Krish Subramanyam of Asit C Mehta Investment recommends buying Jindal Steel & Power (JSPL) 250 Call and sell 270 Call.

Krish Subramanyam of Asit C Mehta Investment told CNBC-TV18, "On the trading front, the capital goods sector looks quite interestingly placed. It has been leading the rally and we are recommending a buying of 980 strike Call of Larsen and Toubro (L&T). That should come in to around Rs 20-24. Possibly one could keep a target of about Rs 40-42 and maybe keep a stoploss of Rs 14 on the downside."

"One may also buy Jindal Steel & Power (JSPL). The metal pack has shown bullish tendencies and it has also consolidated to Rs 252 which was a critical level but we are advising a bull spread. So we are advising a buying of 250 strike Call of around Rs 10 and maybe correspondingly sell 270 strike Call at around Rs 2. So the net cost comes to about 8 and one could possibly keep a target of Rs 15 and maybe keep a stoploss of Rs 4 on the downside," he said.
