Prakash Diwan, Director of Altamount Capital Management told CNBC-TV18, " Tata Steel continues to be a safe haven of sorts out of the entire metals pack. If there were any stocks that could do well in this turnaround of sorts and if China data is of any indication the expansion in the metals consumption, volumes could probably be definitely a positive for this entire pack."

"I would not venture out into anything other than Tata Steel at this point in time," he adds.
