Kailash Auto Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of Kailash Auto Finance Ltd have agreed to enter into a partnership agreement in the name of Sukshetra Auto Finance (Herein after referred as "SUKSHETRA") at Vishakhapatnam to expand its auto finance business. Apart from providing finance against purchase of motor vehicles against suitable securities and guarantees. "SUKSHETRA" will also be planning to venture into Share broking business. The profit sharing ratio of the Company will be 25%.Source : BSE
