Manish Sonthalia of Motilal Oswal AMC told CNBC-TV18, "I maintain a very positive view on United Spirits . Even though the order by the Karnataka high court will be challenged in the Supreme Court, the underlying business of United Spirits given the assumption that ultimately now it is the Diageo Plc company and not Vijay Mallya company. So from that point of view there is going to be significant improvement in the business conditions."

"It is a case of decent volume growth, margin improvement and growth in terms of bottom-line. So from Rs 300 crore net profit in FY13, I am looking forward to a Rs 1200 crore plus net profit in 2015-16," he said.
