With reference to Increase in Price, NEPC India Ltd has clarified to BSE that "As for the present market situation, it is hereby submitted that the Company at present has no information/ announcement (including impending announcement) which may have a bearing on the price/ volume behavior in the scrip.In this connection, we wish to highlight that the market has been on the upsurge for the past few days and therefore we see no reason for any scrip to move towards the market trend and our Company is also no exception to that trend. Further, please note that the market price of our scrip as on to-day is much below par, and hence it is quite possible and evident that there is correction in the situation.The Company is engaged in wind and solar industry, which is witnessing quite a lot of activities on the one hand, and on the other hand, the Government is also making frequent announcements with regard to the renewable sources of energy.The Company is quite involved in the renewable energy market both in the wind and solar sector and there is high demand both in the export and domestic market.The machines marketed by the Company have good demand in the market and there have been orders which are in the process of execution. The Company's product has been well received in the market and hence we feel that the performance of the company is being greatly looked upon in the near future.This is not a forward looking statement and only a foresight."Source : BSE
