With reference to Increase in price, Star Ferro and Cement Ltd has clarified to BSE that "in recent past there has been no significant event requiring reporting and which may have bearing on the price of the Company's scrip. However, in general, we inform that with the improvement in business of the company, i.e. Improvement in demand and price of Ferro Alloy as well as Cement coupled with introduction of our 'Star Cement' brand in new markets like Kolkata, we expect better standalone and consolidated financial results in the last quarter of the financial year 2013-14, compared to results of nine months ended December 31, 2013."Source : BSE
