UG Hotels & Resorts has informed that Hon'ble Company Law Board (herein after referred to

UG Hotels & Resorts Ltd has informed BSE that Hon'ble Company Law Board (herein after referred to "CLB") vide its order dated January 31, 2014, has appointed Justice Manmohan Sarin (Retd.) as Administrator in the Company till further orders. As per the Order of CLB, Administrator shall supersede the Board of Directors of the Company and shall be in complete control and Management of its Assets and day to day affairs till the enforcement of the settlement dated July 15, 2009.Source : BSE
