Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund announces change in key personnel, with effect from April 15, 2014.

Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund has announced that Kunal Agarwal, Assistant Vice President has been appointed as the Fund Manager in Fixed Income Team of Franklin Templeton AMC, with effect from April 15, 2014.

Mr Kunal Agarwal is aged 35 years and holds B.Tech (IIT-Delhi), PGDM (IIM-Calcutta) as his educational qualification.

Further, Sumit Gupta, Assistant Vice President has been appointed as the Fund Manager in Fixed Income Team. He is aged 35 years and holds B.Tech, M.Tech (IIT-Delhi), PGDCM (IIM-Calcutta) as his educational qualification.

Accordinly, following schemes will be managed by the fund managers as mentioned against the respective schemes:

Templeton India Low Duration Fund and Templeton India Short - Term Income Fund are jointly managed by Santosh Kamath & Kunal Agarwal.

Templeton India Income Opportunities Fund, Templeton India Corporate Bond Opportunities Fund and Templeton India Income Builder Account Fund are jointly managed by Santosh Kamath & Sumit Gupta.
