An amount of Rs. 36.74 crores was transferred to general reserves.2. dividend of Rs. 3.23/- (323%) per equity share of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2014, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.3. The dividend if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting scheduled to be held on August 06, 2014 shall be paid on or before August 31, 2014.Source : BSE
