C Mahendra Exports Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Ashish Kumar Shrivastava, Company Secretary & Compliance officer has resigned from services of the of the Company.The Company accepted his resignation and he is relieved from his services with effect from May 06, 2014 and Mr. Swapnil Daflc will be appointed as a new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f.
