To discuss and approve standalone and consolidated Un-Audited Financial Result for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2014 of the Company.2. To consider and approve raising of fresh Capital up to 20 million dollars by way of issuance of ADR/GDR/FCCB/QIP or any other mode under the relevant guidelines, to utilise the funds for the expansion of business subject to the necessary approvals from regulating authorities as well as shareholders of the Company,3. To consider and approve the issue of Bonus Shares by way of capitalisation of Free Reserves of the Company.4. To recommend Dividend if any for the Year 2013-14.5. To consider the appointment of New Directors on Board of the Company.6. To re-consider matter of Shifting of Registered office of the Company as earlier announced by the Company vide Board Meeting outcome dated February 14, 2014.7. To consider the proposal of closing the Corporate Office Operation from Delhi.8.As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will he closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from July 7th, 2014 to July 23, 2014 (both days inclusive).Source : BSE
