It depends on which measures you list, on the one hand you have the extension of advance rulings for residence and enhancement and extension in the investment allowance and relief on the FII taxation front and from there the glass looks half full, on the other hand no reversal in the retroactive amendments, no deferral of GAAR and in fact and increase in the dividend distribution tax, from there the glass looks half empty.
