Go long in Bharti Airtel, says Ashish Chaturmohta

Ashish Chaturmohta of Fortune Equity Broker recommends going long in Bharti Airtel as the stock may test Rs 470-480 in next two to three months.

Ashish Chaturmohta of Fortune Equity Broker told CNBC-TV18, " Bharti Airtel has been consolidating for a very long time. In last two trading sessions we have seen a very strong volume activity. Even in terms of open interest, in yesterday's trade as well as in today's trade we have seen addition of almost 12-13 percent in open interest clearly indicating that a lot of long accumulation is happening."

"The kind of consolidation this stock has been seeing and the kind of rollovers we have been witnessing in last two-three months clearly indicate that we may expect a very strong short covering in the stock. On the downside Rs 390-395 has formed a very strong base. So,
keeping a stoploss below Rs 392 one can initiate a long position," he said.

"On upside we expect this stock to target Rs 436 in short-term whereas if looking into the pattern formation, clearly it indicates that this stock has a potential to move towards Rs 470-480 in next two to three months."
