Autolite has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 17, 2015, to consider conversion, into equity shares out, of warrants which were allotted to promoters and their associates on Oct 16, 2013 and the issue of which was approved by the shareholders at 36th AGM of the Company held on Sept 14, 2013.
