Bhartia as Chairman and Managing Director of Jubilant Pharma Limited, Singapore, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jubilant Life Sciences, he has resigned from the position of Managing Director of the Company effective from March 25, 2015.

Bhartia as Chairman and Managing Director of Jubilant Pharma Limited, Singapore, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jubilant Life Sciences Limited (the "Company"), he has resigned from the position of Managing Director of the Company effective from March 25, 2015.
