A Joint Venture Company along with Amec Foster Wheeler North America Corp., U.S.A has been incorporated in the name of "Isgec Foster Wheeler Boilers Private Limited" with a paid up capital of Rupees Two Crores only.2. The shareholding pattern of the Joint Venture Company is 51:49 between the Company and Amec Foster Wheeler North America Corp. respectively.3.
