Videocon Ind has dispatched Forfeiture Notice to the partly paid-up equity shareholders, allotted on Rights Basis, who have failed to make the payment towards the First and the Final Call, advising them to make the payment on or before Feb 05, 2013, failing which the company shall forfeit the partly paid-up equity shares without any further notice.
