Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 21, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results on Standalone basis and Unaudited Financial Results (with limited review) on Consolidated basis of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2013.Further the Company has informed that, as per the provisions of the Insider Trading Code of the Company, the trading window will remain closed between January 01, 2014 to January 22, 2014 (Board meeting for, inter alia, considering above results being held on January 21, 2014).Source : BSE
