Akshata Deshmukh of Networth Capital recommends buying Apollo Tyres as the stock may test Rs 171-172 and Arvind with a target of Rs 188.
Arvind has seen a lot hectic of activity in the future's segment yesterday where 10 percent open interest build-up was seen with prices rising much higher from the previous close. I believe that the strong upward momentum is likely to continue on back of strong
weekly and monthly charts as well and the stock has potential to test levels of Rs 188 in the short-term.
Unitech has been buzzing in activity in the April series where very fresh long positions are getting build-up at lower levels thereby causing the rollovers to be at 87 percent against its three month's average of 81 percent. I believe that the stock is headed towards its 200 day moving average of Rs 16.20 eventually but in short-term one can look at levels of Rs 14.30.
Apollo Tyres has given an upward trending channel for the past many weeks in a row and now it is about to give a very strong breakout. I believe that the higher top and higher bottom formation that we are seeing on the daily charts will lead the stock price much higher from the current levels and test levels of Rs 171-172.
IVRCL , a high momentum counter, has seen good price volume action in yesterday's trade. The stock has also managed to close above its 200 DMA level of Rs 13.30. The next level to be watch would be Rs 14.50 and on back of this rounded bottom formation on the weekly charts the stock is also a great positional bet apart from being a good intraday call. One can place a stoploss around Rs 12.90.
