Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant by an Order made on the December 21, 2012, the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat, has directed that a Meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Applicant Company be convened and held at the Prof. Chandravadan Mehta Auditorium, General Education Centre, Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Pratapgunj, Vadodara - 390 002, in the state of Gujarat on January 25, 2013 at 10.45 am. for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of Spin off and Transfer of the Domestic Formulation Undertaking of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, the Applicant Company into Sun Pharma Laboratories Limited, the Transferee Company, proposed to be made between Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, Sun Pharma Laboratories Limited and their respective Shareholders.Source : BSE
